Our company policy is that we do not refund, we only accept exchanges. However, our promise to our customers is that we will find you a perfect piece that you love.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We cannot accept exchanges of all earrings and any items that have been altered or personalised at your request. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be swapped.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges cannot and will not be processed without one.
If you need to exchange an item send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, order reference number and why you wish you exchange your product.
Once you have received a confirmation email please send your item to Peter Ungar Jewellery, 63 High Street, London, SL71AB, United Kingdom, or come into either of our stores.
Packages must be returned in the same condition they were received. Failure to do so could result in the exchange being rejected.
After your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item back in the store. We will also at this point notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
You will then be allocated a credit note for the amount, which needs to be used within 90 days. This can either be used online or in either of our stores. If you would like to receive any recommendations or advice please do get in contact.
Depending on where you live and stock availability, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Peter Ungar Jewellery, 63 High Street, London, SL71AB, United Kingdom, or come into one of our two stores. Please do not send items back to the Beaconsfield store if you are using the postal service, this will result in a delay in processing your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, for this reason, we recommend you send your items using a trackable shipping service that requires a signature on arrival or purchasing shipping insurance.
